&THEM’s NEXT 2012 Featured Artist : PACIANO TRIUNFO

The month of March marks &THEM Collective’s 2nd featured artist, Paciano Triunfo. Paciano Triunfo began a relationship with photography at age 4 when he picked up his first Polaroid camera. The essence of Paciano’s photography is his ability to capture beauty in life’s most mundane and spontaneous moments. From thoughtful perspectives to objectified forms, his style evokes an endearing emotion that draws you near while the delicate texture of his photographs leaves a lasting impression like that of a finely woven tapestry. But the real beauty is not just the imagery itself rather at the center of his work is a melancholy spirit that welcomes each viewer to have a personable and human experience. In all, Paciano’s humble and utilitarian approach to photography forces us to lift our veils, may it be for a moment; he’s allowed us to truly appreciate with wonderment, the simplistic nature of our everyday scenery.
